I ordered a dress that looked pretty on the website and when I received the dress after 3 weeks it didn't fit. I have been going back and forth trying to get the "return form" and was asked in their last message to me to send them pictures of myself in the dress showing that it doesn't fit.

I refused and haven't received any messages back from them for 4 days now. Has anyone else been asked to send them pictures of themselves in the wrong size dress that you ordered?

I haven't seen anything so far on here like my situation yet. Location Columbus, Ohio. It is a SCAM!!! Do not buy from them. I went on jenjenhouse's website, and found no customer service number to call.

The only means of contact is to email them. When you email them, they send their response next day, so we waste almost 2 weeks of emailing each others back and forth in vain. In the last email, a new customer service representative other than the one I used to email each time emailed me.

This new csr acted like she had no idea about my case, and kept repeating what the original csr and I already discussed. After that I sent her an email asking her to cancel the order so that I can buy the wedding dress from somewhere else; she didn't email me back. I didn't get any response, bought a new wedding dress in a very short period of time, had to travel 15 miles away to get their dress, which I was no longer in need to, and paid the custom fees.

Ordered a dress I did the measurements and I even ordered a size larger to over compensate I knew the dress could be altered if to large buy of yo small I wouldn't be able to use it. So I finally received the dress it is so small I cannot even zip.

I sent jenjen several messages about the dress and they would not even exchange they Do Not accept any responsibility for it offered to send ten dollars never got that either.

I wanted it to be longer to my waist at first place, but you told me that now it was unable to make it for me.

I also bought it whatsoever and got it yesterday. It turned out to be good and a nice match with my dress. Anyway, thank you. I bought this pair of shoes for my wedding. Actually the shoes are of high quality. The ivory color is also very beautiful. Really very nice shopping experience from you. Thank you! It took forever to get my dress, and once it was finally delivered, it was left at my front door.

Apparently their policy is "No Signature Required". I don't live in the best neighborhood, and my dress went missing. Both are unwilling to help! Horrible customer service! Jen Jen House is a total waste of time and money. I ordered a cocktail dress and paid extra to have it custom made. It was not made to my measurements, side seams were not even, it was too tight and the workmanship was terrible.

Trying to get a resolve was next to impossible. It is a scam. The dress I ordered did not fit and was made poorly! They refused to give me a refund. Buyer beware! The clothing you order will not be what you expect! This is a terrible place to order from. I only wish I would have read these responses before I ordered! I'm sure the dresses could be found there. Buy newest style for wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses and evening dresses at the wholesale cheap price.

I would recommend this site to any first-time brides or anyone who wants to get a wedding dress at a very super good price. I am very impressed with how everything looks, feels and fits.

The customer service was very courtesy and prompt as well. I wrote to them repeatedly before I purchased my items. They got back to me the very next day and sometimes the same day I wrote to them. They even wrote back several times informing me they need to contact the seamstress in order for them to answer my questions.

They never forgot about my questions no matter what the question was. The shipping only took three days which is very super impressive. I did purchase the expedited shipping only because it was cheaper at the time.

I had it custom made since my measurements span over 4 different sizes on the standard charts. I ordered the dress in dark navy, my favorite color. It fit perfectly and I won't need even a tweak anywhere. It is beautifully made and I can't wait to wear it to my daughter's wedding this summer. The dress is fantastic! I took it to my cleaners to steam out as it was just shipped in a brown cardboard box inside out inside of a plastic bag. I will have a bustle added by my local seamstress but I could'nt be more thrilled.
